Born and raised in Passaic NJ, Lizbeth Tapia always knew HAIR was her passion. At a very young age she started practicing her craft and by 15 years old she was on her first industry job at an upscale salon in Westwood NJ. Even though all she did was shampoo hair, launder towels, serve coffee and sweep hair off the floor, Lizbeth realized she'd be doing this for a very long time. With her talent, drive and passion, Lizbeth has been able to assist top Icons in the industry at hair shows throughout the states, behind the scenes at photo shoots and at Educational events. Recently she has worked backstage at the world's most amazing experience, New York Fashion Week Fall 2011 as well as performed platform work at the Emiliani Expo 2011 and has been published in various magazines. Her specialties include Wedding hair, Avante Garde hairstyling, Competition hairstyling, Photo Shoots, Haircolor, Education, Extensions and many more including "Giving Back" to the future of the hairstyling industry.
